* ChexSystems & Early Warning Services (EWS)
To receive ChexSystems or Early Warning Services assistance, you must provide a current copy of your ChexSystems and/or EWS report after enrollment. These reports are not automatically included with your credit report.

** Eviction Resolution Assistance
Evictions do not always report to the three major credit bureaus. If you're requesting eviction assistance, you'll need to let us know where the eviction is reporting (such as a tenant screening or rental history report) and provide a copy of that report if available.

*** Quarterly Strategy Reviews
Black Label clients receive one complimentary 15–20 minute strategy review each quarter. Strategy reviews are not scheduled automatically. Clients must submit a request through their client portal to schedule their quarterly review. Appointments are subject to availability.
